I can shoot a gun, but I could never hunt... My big brother used to take me fishing, but when I finally caught this little sunnie that couldn't have been more than 5 inches long, I felt so bad for it that I, as an 8 year old girl, apologized to it, and set it free. That was pretty much the end of my fishing days. :-/Annahttp://othersideoftheplanet.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15078815.post-84825560150823278652010-08-30T11:33:48.271-04:002010-08-30T11:33:48.271-04:00those Jedi Squirrels came from

Him and several others even came home with a boar one time. He took my brother, the middle son who was about 13, with him one time to hunt deer. My brother spotted a deer, had it in his sight but never pulled the trigger. He just couldn't do it. My Dad never hunted again.

I never hunted with my Dad, at the time it was more of a manly thing for them. Hunting and gathering, ya know. I did hunt with the hubby a couple of times but no one ever shot an animal. Do they really call that hunting? We evenutally just went plinking, as we used to call it. Shooting at hillsides, tin cans, and bottles.Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10341249918236201964noreply@blogger.com
