Sexual solicitation of anyone under 18 through the internet by anyone over 18 is a federal crime punishable by a minimum of 5 years in prison. In fact, if he and the page(s) had done anything physical in DC, since the age of consent is 16, it wouldn't have been a crime at all. It was Foley's own law that made internet solicitation of minors illegal. The irony is delicious. BTW, Joe, nice to see you have your very own troll. Means you've "arrived".evilisgoodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00633534389590885234noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15078815.post-1160149866172328092006-10-06T11:51:00.000-04:002006-10-06T11:51:00.000-04:00Wonder if Foley traveled a lot to the Dominican Re...Wonder if Foley traveled a lot to the Dominican Republic?

I think JnT is one of those who snapped during the Clinton Administration. When you see Newt Gingrich as an intellect you certainly a candidate for it.

Foley's attention to young pages, because of the page's ages, is a crime if he actually had a physical liason with any ot the underage boys. It is not a crime to have sex with a 25 year old woman, just pleasurable.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15078815.post-1160145285318991162006-10-06T10:34:00.000-04:002006-10-06T10:34:00.000-04:00dozens and dozens of times in the past 30 years in...dozens and dozens of times in the past 30 years in US history. countless times in human history.Joe Powellhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04326800254526438870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15078815.post-1160057864346374712006-10-05T10:17:00.000-04:002006-10-05T10:17:00.000-04:00With American's attention span of a nano-second.. ...With American's attention span of a nano-second.. the lurid emails quickly grasp the only 2 neurons left synapsing at the moment.
You're right..
